Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will drive automation efficiency and infrastructure engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions supporting BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems citizen services platforms OSS/BSS systems billing platforms and telecom infrastructure.
• Build Infrastructure as Code automation frameworks and self-service capabilities.
• Implement automation for provisioning deployment monitoring and operational support.
• Support telecom infrastructure customer platforms network operations and 5G environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and security teams.
• Improve infrastructure reliability efficiency and operational performance.
• Implement observability monitoring and automation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with governance security privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure standardization efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an Infrastructure Automation Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom platforms.
• Strong experience with automation scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies.
• Understanding of governance compliance privacy and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Infrastructure Cloud or DevOps certifications preferred.
