Join us as an Information Technology Student for our BC Regiondistrict within our Canadian Buildings sectorfor 4-12 months starting September 2026. As anInformation Technology Student you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to district both in the office and various site locations
Logging IT related support calls
Deployment of hardware
Assisting in the maintenance of the IT work areas
Handling equipment audits & shipments
Creating process documentation
Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systems related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Knowledge of computers (Microsoft office basic hardware support)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Previous support experience an asset

The estimated hourly wage range for this role is$19.88 - $24.38based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
