The mission of the Omni Technology team is to design build deliver and operate scalable technology solutions that align with the strategic objectives of our omnichannel ambitions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Omni Technology team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing implementing and continuously improving omnichannel technology solutions. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst Omni Technology you will turn business requirements into solutions acting as the liaison between Technology and the Omni business while playing a crucial role in creating requirements documentation testing deployment and ongoing management of Aritzias payment systems. THE ROLE
As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst Omni Technology you will:
Translate business requirements into a scalable user-centric technology design.
Ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
Implement structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient deployment of Omni technology solutions.
Provide excellent and reliable proactive and reactive support for Omni technology solutions.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst Omni Technology has:
Proven and best-in-class skills education and/or applicable certifications:
Strong payments industry knowledge/experience in a retail or ecommerce environment
Experience with:
Implementing Manhattan Active Omni DOM in a retail environment
Agile / sprint
Application integration
Systems analysis and systems architecture
Proven ability to create solution design documents and user stories that solve the business problem
Experience working with internal and external development teams
Computer Science or Engineering degree is an asset
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $50000 - $150000 per year. Total compensation may include base bonus and/or equity depending on the role which has the potential to be greater than this range.
