What you will be doing:

  • Lead mentor and develop the In-Room Dining team fostering a culture of excellence and engagement
  • Oversee all aspects of the In-Room Dining operation ensuring service standards are consistently met
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverage orders to guest rooms
  • Monitor quality presentation and consistency of all menu offerings
  • Collaborate with the Culinary team to enhance menus and create innovative guest experiences
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Manage scheduling labor costs and departmental productivity
  • Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve service increase revenue and enhance operational efficiency
  • Train and coach team members on luxury service standards and product knowledge
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of In-Room Dining operations and service standards
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Serving It Right certification required

Additional Information :

Your team and working environment:

You will lead a dynamic In-Room Dining team delivering personalized service directly to our guests rooms. This role requires strong collaboration with Culinary Stewarding and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
