Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer with strong expertise in SailPoint solutions to design implement and optimize identity governance and administration processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) and a solid understanding of user lifecycle management automation and enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes across user lifecycle events (Joiner Mover Leaver)
- Integrate and manage data/workflows between ServiceNow and SailPoint platforms
- Develop and maintain scalable secure identity governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce access controls and compliance policies
- Optimize and enhance cloud-based identity and security architectures
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Strong expertise in identity lifecycle management and provisioning automation
- Experience integrating SailPoint with platforms like ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of cloud identity security principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and drive IAM strategy and implementation
Preferred:
- Experience in enterprise IAM transformations or large-scale implementations
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX ISO GDPR)
