Job Description
Role Description
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment
- Troubleshoot issues in scheduling ad sales traffic and billing modules
- Handle incidents service requests and user queries via ticketing tools
- Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting data validation and fixes
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence
- Support user access configurations and minor enhancements
- Work closely with sales traffic finance and technical teams
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system
- Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling ad sales traffic billing)
- Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
- Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow JIRA or similar tools
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI VPN etc.)
- Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
