IBMS (Operative BMS) SME Techno-Functional Analyst L1/L2/L3 Support & SQL
Toronto ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)

Hands on IBMS system (company name - Operative) - (operation side or implementation side) -
Previously submitted profiles did not have IBMS experience.

Role Descriptions:
Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment
Troubleshoot issues in scheduling ad sales traffic and billing modules
Handle incidents service requests and user queries via ticketing tools
Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting data validation and fixes
Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence
Support user access configurations and minor enhancements
Work closely with sales traffic finance and technical teams
Essential Skills:
Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system
Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling ad sales traffic billing)
Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI VPN etc.)
Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
