IAM QE Automation and Functional

We are seeking an experienced IAM QE Automation & Functional professional to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Selenium Cucumber and functional test automation along with experience in IAM platforms such as SailPoint IGA. This role involves designing developing and executing automated and manual test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise IAM solutions.

• Design develop and execute functional and automation test cases for IAM applications.
• Create comprehensive test plans test scenarios and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Execute end-to-end testing activities for enterprise IAM projects.
• Validate application functionality integrations and user access workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test coverage.
• Analyze test results identify defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform regression integration system and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress risks and quality metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes automation frameworks and testing best practices.

• 8 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber automation frameworks.
• Experience testing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Knowledge of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Ability to create detailed test scenarios test cases and automation scripts.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of functional integration regression and system testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Experience with API testing and database validation.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance Access Management and security concepts.
• Experience working in enterprise banking or financial services environments.
