We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer specializing in Hydropower Developments Spillways and Pumped Storage Facilities to join our team in St. Johns Newfoundland and Labrador.
Your Challenges with Us
  • Participate in geotechnical/geological design activities and provide technical oversight to a team of senior intermediate and junior engineers.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering concepts and designs in collaboration with team members conduct studies and prepare technical reports drawings and specifications.
  • Support the preparation of proposals and engineering service offers.
  • Serve as a senior technical specialist and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Continue the development and growth of the existing team.
  • Review calculations design reports and technical drawings prepared by the team.
  • Be available for occasional travel to conduct site visits.
Your Profile
  • Professional Engineer (.) registered or eligible for registration with Professional Engineers Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL).
  • 10 years of practical experience (or consulting engineering experience) in the geotechnical design of dams and dam safety.
  • Working proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for project and site-related activities.
