This is great position where you can learn and grow within an organization that truly cares about its employees SUMMARY: Participate in full cycle recruitment including organizing and attending recruitment events screening resumes conducting interviews and providing offers;Help onboard and integrate new employees;Support with various staff events on site and participate on various committees;Support employee relations addressing concerns and inquiries;Maintain HR administration including HRIS data entry (Dayforce).QUALIFICATIONS :Post-secondary education in a related field;0-2 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant internship/co-op experience;An equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered;Valid drivers license and ability to attend our various work sites outside of Oakbank (Hadashville Deer Lake);Strong initiative and organization skills with attention to detail;Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;Excellent verbal and written communication skills French language skills are considered an AND BENEFITS :Work life balance;Allowance for work and safety item;Discounts for Berger products;Employee assistance program;Offer of training and skills CONDITIONS:Contract position;40 hours per week;Daytime schedule US: At Berger we have been developing and marketing the best horticultural mixes for growing flowers berries market garden products in greenhouses and much more for more than 60 seasons.
