- Receiving triaging and responding to HR inquiries across multiple channels.
- Administering recruitment processes including posting job opportunities preparing offer letters and posting closure activities.
- Coordinating the onboarding process including pre-employment requirements and sign-on packages.
- Managing EPLs applicant tracking system (Taleo) including user support system access and template maintenance.
- Preparing HR transaction documentation including employee change forms and letters and coordinating with Payroll.
- Maintaining employee records position data and tracking tools.
- Preparing and supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintaining and improving HR templates and forms.
- Participating as a subject matter expert on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation project.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives.
- Providing service support to HR Consultants and HR Management to maintain ongoing service delivery and administration for the department.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret policies procedures and collective agreements.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented approach.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in Excel.

- A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Experience working in human resources within a unionized environment is preferred.
- Experience with Taleo and PeopleSoft is an asset.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactor is an asset.
- Experience supporting ERP implementation is an asset.
Note: Suitable candidates with less than 2 years of related experience may be considered on a developmental basis.
Who we are:
Hours of Work:35 hours per week Monday to Friday
Note: Satisfactory background screening is required for this position which includes a Criminal Record Check/Police Information Check.
