Job Description:
The HR Systems Analystis responsible forthe effective administration support and optimization of the organizations Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR Information Systems.This role ensures that our systems are configuredmaintained andleveragedto support HR operations reportingcomplianceand overall business goals.The HR Systems Analystworks withinan HRDS team to supportHR IT payroll benefits and other stakeholders.Examples of responsibilitiesincludestreamliningprocesses improvingdata accuracy upholdingoperating standards and deliveringsystem changes thatbalancerisk and digital employee experience.
What will you do
As part of a team administer andmaintainthe system(s) primarily Workday to include security business processes/workflows and configuration
Manage and track HR system related service and/or product enhancement requests and incidents through Jira (or other ticketing system) ensuringtimelyresolution and clear communication with stakeholdersin accordance withour operating guidelines
Partner with HR and business teams toidentifyprocess improvements and system enhancements
Create manage and distribute HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance
Maintain data integrity through regular audits testing and system updates
Partner and/or support cyclical HR processes such as talent management compensation planning and benefits administration
What you will need to succeed
0years of experience with HCM/HRIS systemsconfiguration Workday experience a plus
Familiarity with ticket management tools such as Jira or Service Now
Experienceor ability to adaptand learninparticipatingin agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint reviews and planning initiatives
Strong critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate level with Excel
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other addition to Base Pay eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
