Be a part of our mission to support First Nations in achieving their financial goals and enhancing their administrative ApplyFlexible work hours and a 37.5-hour work weekAnnual salary and potential for an annual bonusGenerous employer paid extended benefits including a Registered Pension Plan with matching contributionsAbove average vacation days wellness days and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and career growthA talented diverse and inclusive team doing transformative work on a national scaleRemote and hybrid work opportunities availableWhat You Will Do:Build strong relationships with First Nations clients to support the implementation of Financial Administration Laws (FALs) and preparation for Financial Management System (FMS) with clients to understand their needs and identify priorities for Human Resources support and guidance tools and practical support to help clients strengthen their Human Resources Human Resources support plans that align with client goals and organizational performance management employee development and succession planning and update job descriptions and assist clients with implementing changes to roles and establish effective processes for managing storing and protecting Human Resources Human Resources resources and templates including forms work plans and performance review training and learning opportunities on Human Resources practices job design performance management and accurate documentation collaborate with colleagues to improve services and contribute to special projects as You Are:A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and designation is of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources; leadership experience is an understanding of Human Resources practices employment legislation and workplace developing Human Resources programs processes and tools that support organizational using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Microsoft 365 and other workplace communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of at handling sensitive information with professionalism sound judgment and and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems working with First Nations governments Indigenous organizations or Indigenous communities is a strong asset. Must be fluent in English and French (spoken and written)Willing to travel including to remote locations and able to work outside regular business hoursWhat to ExpectFMB aims to keep the recruitment process as open as possible.
