POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at our Saskatoon office on a contract basis.
Contract term: Ending early January 2027
Compensation: $25.00 - CA$30.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full cycle hiring recruitment and onboarding
- Tracking monthly data reports
- Maintain all employee entry information
- Provide ongoing support to new and existing employees
- Maintain a professional image and a high level of service with customers and co-workers during all contact displaying positive behaviour attitude and work habits
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 1 years experience of related Human Resource experience (experience in the construction industry is considered essential)
- Strong verbal oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented organized and efficient
- Adeptness with technology
- Maintain a clean driving and drug and alcohol clearance
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Criminal Record Check
- Able to work individually as well as leading within a team environment
- Advanced computer and technology proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS
