Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on various HR-related matters the technician ensures compliance with internal policies and SUMMARY: Actively participate in the staffing process including application screening interviews onboarding and the administrative aspects of employee files (hiring changes departures).Assist in updating internal policies and ensure proper application across the activities related to training management occupational health and safety and employee engagement and maintain HR data for various reports audits or compliance the HR team in coordinating Quality of Life surveys and follow-up to employee inquiries related to payroll personal files and general HR manage accommodation and logistics for out-of-province to the planning and organization of HR-related activities and internal :Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field.2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role; a combination of relevant education and experience will also be command of English; proficiency in French is an organized detail-oriented and able to work role is primarily on-site with the possibility of occasional remote AND BENEFITS :Annual vacations and personal flexible days;Group RRSP and group insurance;Allowance for work and safety item;Discounts used on Berger products;Employee assistance program;Offer of training and skills CONDITIONS:Permanent position;40 hours per week;Daytime schedule;Possibility to bank overtime US: At Berger we have been developing and marketing the best horticultural mixes for growing flowers berries market garden products in greenhouses and much more for more than 60 seasons.
