Position: Higher Education Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Construct higher education scenarios for curriculum and program design faculty senate reviews and institutional planning cycles.
• Build education tasks in program development student affairs research administration and institutional advancement.
• Develop scenarios using tools like Banner Workday Student Canvas Blackboard and research systems like Cayuse and InfoEd.
• Apply higher education frameworks and produce academic plans accreditation documents and board-level communications.
• Author rubrics to distinguish authentic higher education judgment from generic recall.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years in faculty academic administration or senior operational roles in higher education.
• Direct ownership of academic programs enrollment initiatives or strategic priorities.
• Fluency in higher education tools and frameworks with understanding of budgets accreditation and governance.

Preferred

• Experience in rubric curriculum design or faculty-training content authorship.
