Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Oshawa Assembly on a full-time basis.

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Planner supports the Oshawa Assembly GSC organization by coordinating business planning performance management financial forecasting safety and compliance activities and cross-functional initiatives. This role helps ensure GSC priorities are aligned tracked and executed across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate GSC business planning routines including KPI reviews BPD updates action tracking and plant and business plan meetings.
• Analyze financial information complete monthly true-ups and support forecasting and cost-management activities.
• Partner with GSC leaders and cross-functional teams to identify issues improve processes and support execution of business priorities.
• Support safety training dangerous goods export compliance and workplace transportation requirements through accurate tracking reporting and follow-up.
• Prepare and communicate clear updates insights and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to GMS continuous improvement employee engagement and One Team initiatives.
• Support digital enablement within GSC by helping develop and implement dashboards workflow improvements automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility decision-making and productivity.
• Help establish standard work governance and user adoption for new digital and AI capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Successful conpletion of a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Data Analytics or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain operations business planning finance analytics or continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and digital reporting or visualization tools.
• Exposure to Power BI automation SQL Python or AI applications is an asset.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety quality compliance and continuous improvement.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $97800.00 to $146600.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
