The role focuses on maximizing margins and maintaining the integrity of all reservations in the will report to the Group Sales Supervisor and Group Sales Support Supervisor. This position will be based in Laval : Full-time 35 hours per weekShift: Variable according to business needsHours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 arrangement: Hybrid (remote and office work according to a set schedule)Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts to encourage repeat promptly to all group inquiries and quote requests by phone and quotes in accordance with commercial cross-selling and upselling on every additional options including group seating Elite Plus excursions insurance and other travel up on quotes and close group files contracts invoices and file payments and verify the accuracy of accounting information before submitting files after receipt of final groups of any schedule product knowledge and participate in ongoing telephone queues when exceptional customer service in both English and ProfileDiploma in Tourism or Travel Management or three (3) years of experience in the travel in English and French both written and (Quebec) or TICO (Ontario) certification* or the ability to obtain certification as part of the employment time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks customer service communication and interpersonal computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft sales and relationship-building to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team to detail and strong organizational skills.*TICO/OPC CertificationTICO (Ontario) or OPC (Quebec) certification is considered an asset at the time of you do not currently hold this certification you will be required to obtain it as part of your employment.
