Ground Freight Execution Specialist (French Bilingual)

- Manage the full intermodal shipment lifecycle including FTL and LTL ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Build strong relationships with customers carriers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service
- Proactively identify prevent and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions
- Support dispatch activities and coordinate transportation schedules effectively
- Monitor performance against KPIs and ensure alignment with operational targets
- Identify root causes of service failures and implement corrective actions with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance customer experience
- Experience in transportation logistics or supply chain operations (imports/exports and domestic freight preferred)
- Knowledge of cross-border operations between Canada and the U.S. is an asset
- Exposure to dispatching or transportation coordination is highly desirable
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Strong problem-solving organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Model: On-site with time split between Mississauga and Caledon locations
- Travel: Occasional travel between nearby sites required
- Salary Range: CAD $53000 $63000 annually (based on experience)
