Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product manuals daily as required for upcoming shipments
- Coordinate internal correspondence by relaying information/requirements to the appropriate team member
- Prepare product literature requests by following up with R&D for approval to release required documentation
- Prepare annual marketing budget by working with industry publications to secure advertising space and cost
- Follow up to ensure all open & pending marketing initiatives are on track to meet deadlines
- Prepare and print business cards certificates name tags and other materials as required
- General administrative duties such as printing distribution of signage ordering office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
