General Warehouse Labour

On behalf of our clients we are:

seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Worker to join our clients team.

This role involves:

• Supporting various warehouse operations including lifting heavy boxes and creating full skids of product for orders as needed.
  
• Operation of a BT/Walkie licensed to operate this equipment is a requirement.
  
• Shipping and receiving
  
• Order picking
  
• Heavy equipment operation licensed on the BT/Walkie
  
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  
• Support shipping and receiving operations by inspecting documenting and organizing incoming and outgoing shipments
  
• Operate BT/Walkie and potentially other machinery safely following established protocols
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper use of warehouse management systems
  
• Support warehouse organization by stacking storing and retrieving materials as needed
  
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all team members
  

Experience

• Prior warehouse distribution or logistics experience preferred
  
• Hands-on experience with order pickers forklifts and other equipment operation required
  
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous
  
• Experience in shipping & receiving processes is highly desirable
  
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management
  
• Previous experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments is preferred
