About the Role
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Ansible Developer to enhance internal production support this role you will develop innovative automation solutions that combine GitHub Actions LLM-driven workflows and Ansible-based infrastructure management to streamline email processing and server/container operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions for email triage and management using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for CI/CD of production support tools.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for Linux and Windows server/container configuration management.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing production support workflows.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are scalable reliable and secure.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for developed tools and automation frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions for automation and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience developing LLM-integrated applications (e.g. GPT BERT or similar models).
- Strong experience with Ansible automation for Linux/Windows servers and container environments.
- Proficiency in:
- Python
- YAML
- Shell Scripting
- Python
- Experience with email parsing and processing systems (e.g. MIME SMTP APIs).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of production support processes including incident and problem management.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
