The Role:

The Fund Development Officer leads the planning execution and evaluation of all fundraising and organizational events. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for engaging stakeholders cultivating new supporters and generating revenue to advance our mission.

What Youll Do:

• Be an Event Visionary: Dream up and execute unforgettable fundraising events that captivate donors inspire supporters and showcase the heart of our mission.
• Engage with Impact: Build strong connections with donors sponsors and community partners ensuring they feel valued and inspired to contribute to our cause.
• Lead with Creativity: Bring your innovative ideas to the table designing events that are as unique and inclusive as the individuals we serve.
• Strategize for Success: Set ambitious fundraising goals and craft strategies to not only meet but exceed them ensuring our mission has the resources to thrive.
• Foster Collaboration: Work with a passionate team of staff volunteers and external partners creating an environment where everyone is invested in delivering extraordinary events.
• Measure and Celebrate: Analyze event outcomes celebrate wins and continuously refine your approach to ensure ongoing growth and success.

• An event pro with proven experience in event planning fundraising and campaigns.
