The Role:

Youll work alongside our CEO and an incredible team to grow the generosity that makes our programs possible.

Youll:

• Inspire major donors foundations and corporate partners to invest in our mission.
• Build authentic relationships that turn first-time supporters into lifelong champions.
• Lead our fundraising strategy annual giving grants sponsorships and stewardship.
• Help create memorable fundraising events that people cant wait to attend.
• Lead and mentor a talented Fund Development team while fostering a culture of philanthropy across the organization.
• Use data creativity and strategy to grow fundraising revenue year after year.

Every conversation you have every grant you write every donor you thank and every partnership you build helps create life-changing opportunities for people with disabilities.

Were Looking for Someone Who

• Has 5 years of progressive fundraising experience
• Has successfully secured major gifts and grants
• Loves building authentic relationships
• Thinks strategically but isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Is an exceptional communicator and storyteller
• Enjoys leading and developing people
• Believes that inclusion isnt just something we doits who we are
• Bonus points if you hold a CFRE designation (or are working toward one!)
