Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer III you will help build a new greenfield platform that turns FIQs supply chain expertise into software our clients and teams rely on every day. You will own features end to end building the React () interfaces users work in along with the Python APIs and data flows behind them. Working alongside the founding engineer product and design you will ship the screens services and workflows that move the platform from foundation to full capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build user-facing features end to end across the React frontend and the API layer
• Translate product requirements and designs into working production-ready functionality
• Design implement and integrate REST API endpoints with the UI
• Build reusable well-structured React components and views
• Ensure application performance responsiveness and reliability
• Write tests and contribute to shared engineering standards
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers product and design
• Participate in code review and technical discussion
• Help shape frontend architecture and patterns as the platform grows

Must Have:

• 4-6 years of experience building modern web applications with a strong frontend focus
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript
• Working backend experience in any modern stack such Python or
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Working knowledge of TypeScript
• Ability to translate product requirements and designs into production-ready features
• Strong engineering fundamentals across code quality testing and maintainability
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving early-stage environment with high ownership

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven development and AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Experience with LLM-integrated development including RAG and retrieval-augmented patterns
• Experience with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy
• Experience building data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards tables or visualizations
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment
• Experience contributing to greenfield or early-stage products
• Exposure to logistics supply chain or data-intensive SaaS platforms

• Take ownership of a meaningful feature area
• Deliver production features that span frontend and backend
• Contribute to shared UI components and frontend patterns
• Actively participate in technical design and code review

90 Days In

• Independently own features from specification through production
• Improve frontend architecture standards and reusability
• Demonstrate consistent measurable delivery velocity
• Help raise the quality bar for the growing team
