Pharmasave #444 Idylwyld is looking for a full-timeFront Store Manager and Field Operations Specialist to join our teaminSaskatoon :Travel throughout Saskatchewan to support store operations and special leadership and operational support to achieve store and district strategic and uphold Neighbourly Pharmacy policies while fostering a positive engaging workplace front store operations including staffing scheduling cash handling security procedures customer concerns and employee with Human Resources on recruitment performance management employee relations and workforce proper execution of store opening and closing procedures banking activities and daily operational inventory management purchasing pricing strategies and gross margin objectives in collaboration with Store Operators and Pharmacy inventory control processes cycle counts shrink reduction initiatives receiving procedures and reporting and execute promotions merchandising initiatives planograms seasonal displays signage and point-of-purchase market trends and identify opportunities to improve product assortment merchandising and promotional up with store teams to ensure timely ordering receiving inventory maintenance and adherence to operational seasonal OTC pre-bookings promotional programs and display as a key liaison to support Regional Operations Directors District Directors Store Operators and Pharmacy Managers in achieving operational consistency in operational standards and processes to enhance the customer and patient experience while supporting overall business leadership responsibilities within your assigned store while providing field-level operational support across the miscellaneous projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the Store Operator Pharmacy Manager Regional Operations Director or District :3 years of retail management experience (preferred) with proven ability to lead and train people management and interpersonal skills including motivation delegation conflict resolution active listening and respectful attitude with excellent communication skills for interacting with customers staff and with retail giftware merchandising is considered an drivers licence Record Check requiredSchedule:40 hours per We Are:Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canadas largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies.
