Work Arrangement
Youll be working at the Ford Credit Canada headquarters in Oakville ON for a minimum of four days per week with your schedule structured around a 40-hour work week across five days providing in-office collaboration and remote work.
For specific positions you will be required to work on rotating shifts including evenings (MondayFriday up to 9:00 p.m. EST) some holidays and Saturdays (up to 8:00 p.m. EST).

During this development program youll have the opportunity to engage with company leaders while growing alongside a cohort of driven high-achieving professionals.
The program is designed for recent post-secondary graduates to fast-track your career in automotive finance through various internal rotations:
- Business Center Operations:Develop a strong understanding of the automotive finance industry. Youll learn customer service best practices the credit underwriting process for consumers and commercial customers financial analysis and risk mitigation strategies within various departments. You will build strong negotiation and relationship-management skills through direct communication with our dealership partners.
Sales Operations:Enhance your operational knowledge and familiarize yourself with the core competencies and strategies of our successful dealer-facing sales team. Youll acquire skills in consulting relationship management and communication while building your financial analysis and risk management abilities.
Upon successful completion youll be equipped to apply to dealer facing Business Development Manager roles in one of our key field locations across Canada.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in fields of: Business/Commerce (including Marketing Sales Finance Management) Communications/Public Relations Organizational Development Economics or related fields.
- Upon completion of the program you must be willing to relocate to one of our key field locations across Canada (Relocation assistance will be provided)
- Ability to embody Fords core behaviors of excellence focus and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English / French) is an asset

The expected annual salary for this Ford Credit Canada position is $65242.00 $70770.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our quarterly Flexible Bonus Rewards program.
