JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a strong and service-driven professional who can represent our brand at the highest standard:

• Excellent level of English communication

• A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

• Knowledge of fashion clothing fabrics and garment alterations

• Experience or strong understanding of the tailoring and alterations industry

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide customers through alterations and fitting solutions while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Conduct professional garment fittings accurately assessing fit issues and taking measurements.

• Identify and recommend alteration to achieve the best possible fit for the customer demonstrating a strong knowledge of alteration processes and products.

• Offer alternatives that fit the customers budget or products that complement the alteration.
