JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration sewing and customer care. As an integral part of our team youll be responsible for fitting customers to ensure their alterations fit feel and make customers look great by honoring the Companys promise of delivering quality alterations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct professional garment fittings accurately assessing fit issues and taking measurements.
Identify and recommend alteration to achieve the best possible fit for the customer demonstrating a strong knowledge of alteration processes and products.
Offer alternatives that fit the customers budget or products that complement the alteration.
