You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum youll do:Balance Sheet Oversight: Responsible for reconciling the Divisions balance sheet accounts including documentation and accounting models for 41 accounts. This also includes investigation of outages and review of items outside of normal clearing Oversight: Monitor and analyze divisional expenses process expense reports and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Develop models for forecasting gap analysis and trend & Analysis: Deliver timely accurate and insightful monthly reports on key metrics and MIS data. Design presentations for senior management to explain budget trends and & Controls: Implement and enforce policies for marketing allowances. Maintain documentation and controls for accounting procedures to mitigate operational Support: Provide analytical support to resolve accounting and budgeting issues. Collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate accruals and account Compliance: Support financial reporting changes and ensure compliance with IFRS OSFI CLHIA and other regulations. Prepare reports for Board and Improvement: Automate and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk. Participate in system changes impacting & Insight: Interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
