We are seeking reliable and hardworking Field Technicians to perform gutter cleaning window cleaning and related exterior maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in the Ottawa area. The ideal candidate is physically fit safety-conscious and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.

• Perform gutter cleaning and maintenance services.

• Clean residential and commercial windows to a high standard.

• Use ladders and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

• Inspect work areas and report any maintenance concerns.

• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at job sites.

• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Complete assigned jobs efficiently and accurately.

• Previous experience in window cleaning gutter cleaning or related exterior cleaning services preferred.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation is an asset.

• Ability to lift and carry equipment as required.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Commission-based compensation.

• Earn approximately 10% commission per completed job depending on project size and scope.

• Daily assignments based on customer bookings and project requirements.
