What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot repair and install the companys machinery (and occasionally 3rd-party equipment)
- Provide on-site technical support and service to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
What Were Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in both French and English is a mandatory requirement
- Minimum 2 yearsof customer-facing Field Service Technician experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Detail-oriented clear communicator and customer-focused
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
