Job Summary
Field Service Technician Kubota Dealership
We are looking for a skilledField Service Technicianto join our growing Kubota dealership this role youll provide on-site maintenance and repair for Kubota equipment delivering top-quality service to our customers in the field.
**Signing Bonus available for Red Seal Certified Heavy Equipment/Truck & Trailer Technicians. Also completion of Block 4 working on Red Seal Certification. To be eligible for the bonus program resumes must be sent directly to Bayviews job ads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose repair and maintain Kubota tractors mowers and equipment at customer locations
- Perform routine service inspections and preventative maintenance
- Accurately document work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Experience working on agricultural or heavy equipment (Kubota experience an asset)
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills (diesel engines hydraulics electrical systems)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
