This role is for someone who knows how to sell wants control over their income and is comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

We provide a mix ofinbound leads and systems but top performers generate their own opportunities and consistently close.

• Meeting homeowners and property managers to provide painting estimates
• Presenting services and closing deals in person
• Following up on inbound leads and converting them into booked projects
• Generating your own leads through referrals networking and local outreach
• Managing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
• Representing the Mill Creek brand professionally in the field

• Uncapped earnings your income is directly tied to your performance
