Field Operations Supervisor IS

Clean Harborsis looking for aField Operations Supervisorbased out of ourEdmonton ABlocation to join their safety conscious team!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety leadership and dispatching of our growing and dynamic team and the maintenance and coordination of our growing fleet.

• Ensure the Health and Safety our employees and that health and safety is the number one priority through following policies processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Supervising scheduling coordinating and developing the service and maintenance of our equipment.
• Conducts toolbox talks as per company policy.
• Maintains constant communication and supervisors; keeping them informed of job progress and estimated timeframes when manpower and equipment will be released.
• Maintains and fosters excellent customer relations.
• Contributes to the training and mentorship program for all new hires and supports the development of senior operators by providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Ensures that all inspections job permits andmaintenance requests are completed.
• Ensures all completed paperwork meets regulatory requirements and safety deadlines.
• Works with Project Manager to schedule employees works tasks and travel arrangements to a work location.
• Assist branch manager with the hiring and onboarding of temp/seasonal labor pool employees; submission of workflows and Driver applications maintaining personnel files and system databases;
• Schedules and assigns training as required;

• Minimum of 5years experience within the construction/industrialServices or Tank Cleaning industry.
• Minimum of 3year supervisory experience in an industrial services environment.
• Ability to travel 1- 4 weeks at a time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid drivers license -Full Class 5 with clean driving record.
