- Fabricate and assemble a variety of custom signage projects (channel letters illuminated signs wayfinding branded environments etc.)
- Read and interpret drawings and production specifications accurately
- Support production scheduling and help keep workflow organized and efficient
- Troubleshoot fabrication and production issues to avoid delays or rework
- Work closely with design project management print CNC paint and installation teams
- Guide and support other fabricators on best practices quality and productivity
- Perform quality checks on completed work before installation
- Maintain a clean safe and organized shop environment
- Assist with occasional site work or installations as needed
- 5 years of experience in sign fabrication
- Strong knowledge of custom signage materials fabrication methods and installation readiness
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Leadership or shop-floor coordination experience is an asset
- Experience with CNC laser cutting channel letters vinyl application print finishing or illuminated signage is an asset
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid G Class drivers license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Aerial lift experience is an asset; Fall Arrest certification is preferred
- Higher earning potential for candidates with strong leadership experience
- Stable full-time MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
