As part of Savanta we offer a broad range of shopper research services specializing in Pack Planogram Retail Signage and Path-to-Purchase research. This position requires residency in Ontario Canada. The role is currently remote with potential to transition to a hybrid model based out of our Ontario office.

About the Role:

As a Research Analyst youll be a critical and foundational piece for the day-to-day management in the delivery of high-quality research projects applying your knowledge expertise and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making. This isnt about crunching numbers in isolation its about uncovering the story behind the data and turning it into insight that changes what our clients do next.

Youll become an active part of client teams responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish. These are hands-on roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work that informs and inspires our clients while developing your career at pace.

Working across multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Project Leads your core day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Assistinginthedesignofquestionnairesdiscussionguidesetc.
• Completingchecksonsurveylinksmaterialsetc.
• Managingfieldwork/recruitmentandconductingregularqualitychecks.
• Undertakequalitativefieldworkatdifferentlocationswithsupportfromprojectteam.
• Writinganalysisplansandcheckingdatatables.
• Summarizesqualitativefieldworkandenterintoanalysisgrids.
• Analyzing research results and creating reports to tell a compelling story.

About You:

Our Research Analyst role is ideally suited to those with a genuine interest in the Market Research & Insights sector and the ability to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

At Explorer Research Analysts are fast efficient and accurate workers new to the research industry who can quickly learn and apply new skills to ensure client objectives will be achieved.
