Job Summary
A warm and collaborative specialty dental office in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team. This innovative periodontal practice is supported by a close-knit and professional team environment.
They are looking for someone who is kind organized detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively while providing excellent patient care and administrative support.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday
- Start time between 6:30 AM 7:30 AM
- End time between 4:30 PM 5:00 PM
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Perks
- $3236/hour based on experience and skill set
- $750 annual healthcare allowance (after tax)
- Uniform allowance after 3 months
- Free parking available
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Communicate with patients by phone email text and in person
- Process payments and insurance forms
- Send reports and correspondence to referring doctors and patients
- Coordinate recall systems and scheduling using Cleardent
- Manage day-end balancing and general administrative duties
- Fax prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental office reception role
