Enterprise Account Executive Full-time LOA backfill

This role provides coverage for an employee currently on a leave of absence and is expected to continue until the employee returns. The employee is currently expected to return in or around 12 months although this timing may change. While we remain fully committed to your career development at Microsoft we cannot commit to continued placement in this specific role beyond the assignment.

Youll bring the best of Microsoft across AI Azure Copilot Security and our broader cloud portfolio to help customers transform while growing our business along the way. Youll do the visionary stuff and the keep the business running stuff with equal passion and execution excellence. Youll stay on the problem until it is solved. This is a team sport. Youll lead a large cross-functional account team build relationships from the C-suite through to business and technology leaders and bring the right people together to solve hard problems and create new looking for someone who is customer obsessed commercially sharp great with people and comfortable operating in a world that is changing incredibly fast. You need to be curious willing to learn at an unprecedented pace and great at mobilizing opportunity is pretty simple:help some of the worlds largest companies figure out how to win in the age of AI and make Microsoft an indispensable partner in getting them there.

What youll do

• Drive growth. Own the account strategy and lead your team to deliver customer outcomes adoption consumption and revenue.
• Solve the problem. You know when the problem is yours to solve or how to bring the right person in to solve it. Either way you stay on it until the problem is solved.
• Build executive relationships. Become a trusted partner to C-suite business and technology leaders.
• Lead the team. Bring together the best of Microsoft and our partner ecosystem around the customers biggest priorities.
• Create opportunities. Connect customer challenges to strong business cases and Microsoft solutions.
• Compete and win. Differentiate Microsoft expand our strategic position and grow our share of the customers technology investment.
• Turn strategy into action. Build alignment across complex customer organizations and keep everyone moving toward measurable outcomes.
• Most importantly stay curious. AI is moving fast. The people who will thrive in this role are the ones who love learning arent afraid to challenge the status quo and can bring customers and teams along with them.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business Administration AND 4 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR Bachelors Degree in Business Technology or related field AND 6 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business Administration AND 8 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR Bachelors Degree in Business Technology or related field AND 12 years experience working in an industry (e.g. financial services retail manufacturing healthcare energy government education) driving digital transformation or other relevant work experience (e.g. consulting technology) OR equivalent experience.
• 5 years account management experience OR equivalent.

Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $142800 - CAD $214900 per year.
