We are seeking an Engineering Student for ourToronto District working inTrenton within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for4 or 8 monthsstarting inSeptember 2026.
As anEngineering Studentyou will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Coordinating drawingswork specific scope / tradestrade quote reviews verify material quantities verify hours verify rates deficiency walks etc
- Participating in project meetings
- Inputting / Updating deficiency logs and issuing warranties
- Taking / Coordinating progress photos and updating field drawings
- Producing as-built drawings
- Performing quantity takeoffs coordinatingand supervising sub-trade work and
- Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings
- Setting-up / Maintaining record keeping
- Layout site lines and grades using total station
- Creating manual schedulesupdating schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM softwaremaintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD.
- Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades and updating project schedules
- Monitoring workforce productivity
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
- Application of various computer software programs will be required including word processing spreadsheet applications and drafting.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.33 based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
