Endpoint Support Student Co-op (January 2027)

Position Overview

You will be part of the Workplace Technology team as a Support Technician. This role provides Helpdesk support across multiple IT support tools and systems.

What does this role do

• Triage helpdesk tickets
• Provide Level 1 helpdesk support
• Ensure helpdesk ticket system SLAs are met
• Work through the process to install uninstall hardware and software
• Create and improve documentation and knowledge base
• Participate in establishing and developing processes
• Participate in various IT-related projects

What is required for this role

• Ongoing education in IT related field
• Physical ability to move hardware and equipment
• Ability to travel to different locations around GTA
