Job Description/ Responsibilities
The Technical support role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end user support within our organization. With a focus on providing exceptional technical assistance the candidate will manage and resolve End user equipment-related issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The position is based in the office with no travel requirements and operates during day shifts
What are the top 3 skills required for this role
1. Strong understanding of desktop/laptop/mobile device support principles and practices
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Flexibility to support users in office as well as Factory floor where applicable.

Client facing role. Requires good communication skill and excellent Customer Support attitude;
Manage inventory of desktop hardware and software ensuring availability and proper functioning.
