The Role:
This role involves providing end-user support for both onsite and offsite environments ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware software and related systems.Werelooking for someone with a strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
You will bethe asubject matter expert and point of escalation for end-user technology deployments technical issues and policy implementation ensuring team productivity and operational excellence. Bymaintainingand improving desktop systems and applications your work will empower team members to focus on driving business goals.
WhatYoullBe Doing in This Role:
Manage user accounts including adding removing and updating group memberships and passwords.
Analyze diagnose and resolve desktop issues for end-users including remote support.
Install configure testmaintain and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Respond to incoming calls tickets and emailsregardingtechnical issues.
Perform installs moves adds and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups.
Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC Apple and mobile platforms.
Liaise with third-party vendors andmaintaininventory of physical virtual and software assets.
Qualifications of this Role:
Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
Comfortable working in fast-paced team-oriented environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
Effective communication and customer service skills both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset.

This position has a starting salary range of$45000 - $55000CADper year. This is the range we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for the role at the time of posting. An employees pay within the range isdeterminedbya number offactors including relevant skills education qualifications experience performance business or organizational needs and geographic location.
