Drive the Coaching Culture: Partner with BDR Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to identify skill gaps facilitating targeted workshops and coaching sessions that drive continuous performance improvement.
Curate the Arsenal: Organize and maintain a centralized content repository packed with tailored sales playbooks scripts email templates and battle cards to meet the BDR teams exact needs.
