Le Technicien de Service Niveau 1 est basé aux bureaux de McKesson Automation. Il est principalement responsable du contrôle de qualité des équipements mais aussi de configurer dentretenir de diagnostiquer de réparer et dinstaller les systèmes automatisés (matériel et logiciel) des clients. Ce travail peut seffectuer à linterne ou sur site et pourrait nécessiter de la coordination ou de la coopération avec dautres équipes de soutien ou tiers. Le travail est typiquement réalisé dans la région assignée mais pourrait être mené partout sur le territoire plus des déplacements du travail après les heures normales de bureau et du travail la fin de semaine peuvent être requis.

Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Exécuter avec diligence et professionnalisme le contrôle de qualité des équipements robotisés

  • Exécuter des réparations de même que les modifications requises aux équipements robotisés

  • Occasionnellement exécuter des interventions sur les sites des clients. Ce travail pourra entre autres être réalisé après les heures normales de bureau au besoin sur appel 24/7 selon un horaire tournant.

  • Maintenir et gérer les équipements et les pièces qui vous sont fournis de manière à assurer votre aptitude de répondre aux demandes de service en temps opportun.

  • Maintenir linventaire du Control de Qualité (QC) a jour

  • Sassurer que toutes les zones de travail sont propres organisées et sécuritaires.

  • Respecter les règles et adopter un comportement sécuritaire et courtois en tout temps.

  • Satisfaire à toutes les exigences administratives.

  • Préparer et participer à la mise en place des événements vitrine commerciaux au besoin (SHOW).

  • Favoriser une culture fondée sur lexcellence et les relations de service mettant le client à lavant-plan.

  • Agir conformément aux principes directeurs I2CARE et LEADRx de McKesson guidant des valeurs et principes.

  • Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles pour le service à la clientèle et facilité à communiquer efficacement avec des gens aux profils variés.

  • Bonnes aptitudes de communication tant à loral quà lécrit.

  • Capacité éprouvée à gérer de multiples priorités concurrentes dans un environnement où le temps est un élément primordial et ce de manière organisée et efficace.

  • Attitude positive axée sur le client et léquipe.

  • Autonomie et esprit dinitiative; capacité de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.

  • Aptitude à travailler avec des membres de léquipe de divers services en vue de réaliser les objectifs du service et capacité à résoudre des problèmes liés aux clients internes et externes en temps opportun.

  • Travail interne avec exposition minimale a moyenne à la poussière et bruit. Normes standard dentrepôt à respecter.

  • Permis de conduire valide.

Conditions de travail

  • Ce poste exige des déplacements occasionnels partout au Canada.

  • La personne titulaire du poste doit être disponible après les heures normales de bureau et la fin de semaine pour offrir du soutien 24/7 selon un horaire tournant.

  • La personne doit être apte à déplacer de grosses boîtes et de léquipement pouvant peser jusquà 30kg et à procéder à des installations dans des cabinets et des espaces surélevés au besoin.

  • Diplôme collégial en électronique robotique ou électromécanique.

  • Expérience en diagnostic et réparation de systèmes pneumatiques et robotiques (atout).

  • Expérience en diagnostic et réparation de systèmes de contrôle électronique complexes (atout).

  • Expérience dans lindustrie pharmaceutique ou les soins de santé (atout).

  • Expérience en automatisation des hôpitaux et en automatisation des soins de santé (atout).

  • Aptitude à apprendre et comprendre les fonctionnalités des équipements de McKesson Automatisation pour les pharmacies et dappliquer ces apprentissages.

  • La personne titulaire du poste utilisera son propre véhicule au besoin.

Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à lextérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent ce poste requiert une maîtrise de langlais à lécrit et à loral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

Job Summary

The Level 1 Service Technician is based at McKesson Automation offices. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform quality control of equipment as well as to configure maintain diagnose repair and install automated systems (hardware and software) for customers. This work may be performed internally or on customer sites and may require coordination or collaboration with other support teams or third parties. The work is typically carried out within the assigned region but may be required anywhere across addition travel after-hours work and weekend work may be required.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control of robotic equipment with diligence and professionalism.

  • Carry out repairs and required modifications to robotic equipment.

  • Occasionally perform interventions at customer sites. This work may include after-hours support as needed with 24/7 on-call rotation.

  • Maintain and manage the equipment and parts provided to ensure readiness to respond to service requests in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and keep the Quality Control (QC) inventory up to date.

  • Ensure all work areas are clean organized and safe.

  • Comply with safety rules and demonstrate safe and courteous behavior at all times.

  • Fulfill all administrative requirements.

  • Prepare for and participate in the setup of commercial showcase events as required (SHOWS).

  • Promote a culture based on excellence and service-oriented relationships with the customer as the priority.

  • Act in accordance with McKesson I2CARE and LEADRx guiding values and principles.

Working Conditions

  • This position requires occasional travel throughout Canada.

  • The incumbent must be available after normal business hours and on weekends to provide 24/7 support on a rotating on-call schedule.

  • The incumbent must be able to move large boxes and equipment weighing up to 30 kg and perform installations in cabinets and elevated spaces as required.

Other Requirements Automation Business Unit

  • College diploma in electronics robotics or electromechanics.

  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and robotic systems (asset).

  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing complex electronic control systems (asset).

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (asset).

  • Experience in hospital automation and healthcare automation (asset).

  • Ability to learn and understand McKesson Automation equipment used in pharmacies and apply this knowledge effectively.

  • The incumbent may be required to use their personal vehicle as needed.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
