We are currently seeking a licensed Industrial Electrician to support plant operations by ensuring electrical systems and equipment run safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Install maintain test and repair electrical and electronic equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across a variety of industrial systems
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and electrical code specifications
Install and repair wiring conduits panels and control systems
Work on systems ranging from 110V to 600V
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Diagnose and repair control systems including PLC-based equipment
Support production teams by responding to equipment breakdowns
Work both independently and collaboratively within the maintenance team
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all health and safety regulations
Complete additional duties as required
Qualifications
Valid 442A Industrial Electrician or 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician license required
510 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and control systems
Experience with PLCs (e.g. Allen Bradley) HMI systems and automation controls considered an asset
Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFDs) including PowerFlex systems is an asset
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
Strong communication and computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) is an asset
