Job Summary
Electrical Drafter/Designer

Each team consists of Professional Engineers Engineering Interns Designers Drafters and others.
A 37.5-hour work week.
Hybrid work environment.

- Receive directionfrom the Design Manager and/or the Engineer utilize their design and communication skills to assistteam in meeting project milestones.
- Spend most of your time on your computer completing design work but will also perform site visitsindependently and/or with team members.
- Usevarious industry software you will play a critical role in creating plansdrawings and specifications ensuring all designs adhere to GEL design principles client requirements and any relevant codes and standards.
- Performvarious engineering calculations.
- Mandatory Health & Safetytraining will be required for this role along with Security Clearances ifdeemed necessary by project.
o Post-secondary educationin Engineering Technology.
o 0-3 yearsof experience in adrafting/designerrole.
o Experience workingwith Microsoft OfficeAutoCAD Revit.
o Understanding of relevant industrycodes and standardsand municipal by-laws.
