Oxford Learning West Vancouver is part of Canadas leading supplemental education franchise. We help students from Grades 112 build stronger foundational skills confidence and a love of learning through our proven active learning methodology. Were growing and looking for a passionate experienced education leader to join our team.

We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager / Education Lead to lead our academic programs mentor our tutoring team and ensure every student achieves outstanding results. This is a key leadership role responsible for the quality and success of our educational delivery.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

• Oversee all academic programs and ensure high-quality delivery of Oxford Learnings curriculum
• Recruit train mentor and manage a team of tutors and instructors
• Conduct regular tutor observations feedback sessions and professional development
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximize results and retention
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and program recommendations
• Maintain strong relationships with local schools and the community
• Support centre operations including scheduling assessments and program placements
• Uphold Oxford Learnings high standards of educational excellence

• Post-secondary degree in Education Child Development or related field (OCT or BC teaching certificate is a strong asset)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or tutoring experience (preferably with elementary and/or high school students)
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience (highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of British Columbia curriculum
• Passionate about education and helping students succeed
• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
• Organized positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Oxford Learning or similar tutoring/education programs is a plus

Salary: $60000 - $65000 / year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 11:30am to 7:30pm
