Job Summary

What will you do

Ensure the delivery of timely quality solutions by leading the E2E testing across all interface teams (upstream applications and downstream applications) as required through effective planning scheduling oversight and execution.

Create comprehensive E2E test strategies test plans test scenarios and test cases for programs and projects based on complex requirement documents and business User Stories

Execute E2E test cases document test results and identify defects

Drive defect triage meetings with project teams and leadership stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Publish daily and weekly status reports to share testing progress raise risks and provide mitigation strategies

Effectively collaborate with Program/Project Managers Scrum Masters QE teams stakeholders and business partners from various application teams

Work with JIRA Confluence qTest for test case management defect management and test reporting

Partnering with the Performance Engineering team to plan & execute E2E performance test cycles


Must-Haves

Minimum 5 years experience in developing Integration/E2E testing strategies executing E2E test cases and reporting to senior management for complex programs or projects.

Ability to showcase the experience working in a large program as a E2E test lead with multiple integrations applications and technical environment test data dependencies for E2E testing.

Minimum 7 years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical automated testing in a variety of environments (Cloud distributed and mainframe business workflows and services/APIs databases).

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as Jenkins GIT Hub Actions and UCD etc

Database technologies (e.g. MongoDB DB2 Oracle SQL IMS) and strong SQL experience.

A motivated individual to work in dynamic program environment with aptitude towards planning proactive callouts and risk mitigations

Strong problem solving design and analytical skills and out of the box thinking coming up with creative solutions on testing approach in critical timelines.

Excellent communication skills and effective negotiation skills.
