DZ Driver

Our priority is to make sure we hire safe AZ drivers that care about the service provided to the community. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.

As an AZ Driver with us the minimum responsibilities are:

• Safelyoperating a garbage truck on specified routes to collect solid waste from commercial customers

• Using electronic equipment to service each customer identified on the provided tablets as assigned by the dispatcher.

• Performing routine pre and post route inspections on vehicles such as checking fluids safety equipment and tires.

• Climbing ladder (3-5 steps) to access roof motor controls on open-top trailers.

• Walking on uneven ground at different facilities while loading and off-loading.

• Having professional and courteousinteractions with our customers when needed.

• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

• Valid DZ license

• Clean driving record

• 2 years of localroute drivingexperience (City driving in high risk zones preferred)

• Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements

• Competitive Wages: $35.38/h (Full-time hours: 45 hours monday-friday overtime)
